We had Katie do an inspection on a home we had purchased. The crawl space was VERY tight and yet he was able to find a way back to all the problems. Of course the main problem was at the very back of the space which took myself 15 minutes to squeeze back to it. He had taken the time and effort to work all the way back to it and identify what was wrong. I never would have squeezed myself to the far corners and fixed it if he hadn't worked so hard to check everything under the house. Thanks
